이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 PSI 사이(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 사주·별자리·MBTI 등 정보를 바탕으로 궁합을 계산하고 이용자 간 연결을 돕는 모바일·웹 애플리케이션을 말합니다.
- "코인"이란 서비스 내 채팅 요청 등에 사용되는 디지털 재화를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일과 변경 사유를 사전에 공지합니다.
제4조 (회원가입과 자격)
- 서비스는 만 19세 이상만 가입·이용할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 정보를 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 생년월일은 운세·궁합 계산의 기준이므로 가입 후 1회만 변경할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스 내용)
- 생년월일 등 입력 정보를 바탕으로 한 궁합 점수·운세 콘텐츠 제공
- 궁합 기반 이용자 탐색, 채팅 요청·수락을 통한 대화 기능
- 운세·궁합 콘텐츠는 오락과 참고 목적으로 제공되며, 어떠한 사실의 보증이나 전문적 조언이 아닙니다.
제6조 (코인과 결제)
- 채팅 요청 시 코인이 사용되며, 상대가 수락하면 확정되고 거절하면 해당 코인은 환불됩니다.
- 구매한 코인은 만료되지 않습니다. 결제·환불은 Apple App Store / Google Play의 결제 정책을 따릅니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
- 타인 사칭, 허위 프로필 작성, 만 19세 미만의 이용
- 욕설·혐오·성희롱 등 부적절한 콘텐츠 게시 및 발송
- 영리 목적의 광고·스팸, 외부 서비스로의 부정 유도
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
제8조 (신고·차단 및 이용 제한)
이용자는 부적절한 상대를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 신고 내용을 검토하여 금지 행위가 확인된 계정에 대해 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 제한, 계약 해지 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (콘텐츠의 권리)
이용자가 작성한 프로필·메시지의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자는 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서만 이를 사용합니다.
제10조 (면책)
- 운세·궁합 결과는 참고용이며, 이를 근거로 한 의사 결정의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 운영자는 이용자 간 만남·교제 과정에서 발생한 분쟁에 대해 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제11조 (준거법)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of PSI Sai (the "Service") and set out the rights and responsibilities of the operator and users.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the mobile/web application that calculates compatibility based on Saju, zodiac, MBTI and similar information, and helps users connect.
- "Coins" means the in-app digital currency used for chat requests and similar features.
3. Changes to the Terms
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service. The operator may amend them within the bounds of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 19 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
- Your date of birth is the basis of all fortune and compatibility calculations and may be changed only once after signup.
5. The Service
- Compatibility scores and fortune content based on the information you provide
- Compatibility-based discovery and chat that opens only when a request is accepted
- Fortune and compatibility content is provided for entertainment and reference only and is not a guarantee of fact or professional advice.
6. Coins & Payments
- Coins are spent when sending a chat request; they are confirmed when accepted and refunded if declined.
- Purchased coins do not expire. Payments and refunds follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonation, fake profiles, or use by anyone under 19
- Posting or sending abusive, hateful, or sexually harassing content
- Commercial spam or improperly luring users to external services
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
8. Reporting, Blocking & Restrictions
Users may report or block others. The operator reviews reports and may remove content, restrict use, or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
9. Content Rights
You retain rights to the profiles and messages you create. The operator uses them only to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimer
- Fortune and compatibility results are for reference; decisions based on them are your responsibility.
- The operator is not liable for disputes arising between users, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
