운세·궁합 해설 문구는 인공지능(Google Gemini)이 생성한 오락·참고용 콘텐츠입니다. 생성 시 별자리·오행 등 운세 분류값만 전송되며 개인 식별 정보는 전송되지 않습니다. AI 생성 문구는 의료·법률·재정 판단의 근거가 될 수 없습니다.
한국 이용자는 서비스가 만 19세 이상 전용이므로 회원가입 후 본인확인을 거칩니다. 본인확인은 KG이니시스 통합인증(네이버·카카오·토스·PASS 등 인증서) 또는 NHN KCP 휴대폰 본인확인으로 하며, 코리아포트원이 연동을 중계합니다. 당사는 주민등록번호를 수집하지 않습니다.
본인확인기관으로부터 전달받은 정보(암호화된 이용자 확인값(CI) 등)는 만 19세 이상 여부와 프로필 생년월일 일치를 확인하는 데에만 쓰고 확인 즉시 파기합니다. 당사는 성인 확인 여부와 확인 시각만 보관합니다.
PSI 사이는 나라별로 차례로 문을 엽니다. 회원가입 전에 psi-love.com/waitlist 또는 앱에서 오픈 알림을 신청하면 아래 정보를 처리합니다.

보유 기간이 끝나거나 수신 거부하면 이메일과 계정 연결을 지우고, 사람을 알아볼 수 없는 나라·도시·성별·신청 경로만 통계로 남깁니다. 수신 거부는 모든 메일의 수신 거부 링크나 아래 문의처로 할 수 있습니다.
짧은 시간에 되풀이되는 신청을 막기 위해 접속 IP를 그대로 저장하지 않고, 알아볼 수 없게 변환한 값(해시)만 하루 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
대기 명단 정보는 아래 3번의 Supabase(보관, 싱가포르), Resend(메일 발송, 미국), Cloudflare(신청 페이지, 미국)가 처리합니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보(예: 전자상거래 결제 기록)는 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.
가입 보상의 반복 수령 등 부정 이용을 막기 위해, 탈퇴한 계정의 이메일·소셜 로그인 식별값을 본인을 알아볼 수 없도록 일방향 암호화(해시)한 값만 탈퇴일로부터 90일간 보관한 뒤 자동 삭제합니다. 이 값으로는 원래 정보를 복원할 수 없으며, 같은 계정의 재가입 여부를 확인하는 데에만 사용합니다.
본인확인으로 전달받은 정보(CI 등)는 확인 즉시 파기하며, 성인 확인 여부·확인 시각은 회원 탈퇴 시 함께 파기합니다.
창립 멤버 대기 명단 정보는 1-4의 기간 동안만 보관합니다.

회원가입 시 위 국외 이전에 대한 별도 동의를 받으며, 동의 일시를 기록·보관합니다.
서비스 특성상 닉네임·성별·생년월일 기반 궁합 정보·소개 등 프로필 일부가 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 실명은 수집하지 않으며, 앱 전체에서 닉네임만 사용됩니다. 태어난 곳은 시간대 이름(예: America/Los_Angeles)만 궁합 계산을 위해 다른 이용자의 앱이 읽으며 화면에 표시하지 않고, 태어난 곳 이름과 경도는 본인만 봅니다. 이 외에 법령에 근거한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 프로필 수정 또는 아래 문의처를 통해 행사할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴 시 계정 정보가 삭제됩니다.

Your gender, date of birth, blood type and MBTI are processed solely for the core functions of compatibility calculation and matching, based on your separate explicit consent given at sign-up (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). This data is never used for advertising or disclosed to advertisers or other third parties. (We use no ad SDKs or analytics trackers.)
Fortune and compatibility readings are AI-generated content (Google Gemini) for entertainment purposes only. Only fortune categories (e.g., zodiac sign, element) are sent for generation, never personally identifiable data. AI-generated readings must not be used as a basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Because the Service is for adults aged 19 or older, users in Korea complete an identity verification after sign-up. Verification is done through KG Inicis integrated authentication (certificates such as Naver, Kakao, Toss, or PASS) or NHN KCP mobile phone verification, with Korea PortOne relaying the integration. We do not collect resident registration numbers.
Information received from the verification provider (including the encrypted user identifier, CI) is used only to confirm that you are 19 or older and that your profile birth date matches, and is deleted immediately after the check. We keep only whether you passed the age check and when.
PSI Sai opens one country at a time. If you join the waitlist at psi-love.com/waitlist or in the app before signing up, we process the following.

When the retention period ends or you unsubscribe, we delete your email and any account link, keeping only non-identifying country, city, gender and channel counts. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email or by contacting us below.
To stop repeated sign-ups in a short time, we do not store your IP address. We keep only a non-identifying hashed value for one day, then delete it.
Waitlist data is processed by Supabase (storage, Singapore), Resend (email delivery, United States) and Cloudflare (sign-up page, United States), listed in section 3.
Your data is deleted without delay when you close your account, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records under e-commerce regulations).
To prevent abuse such as repeatedly claiming sign-up rewards, we keep only a one-way hashed value of the closed account's email or social-login identifier for 90 days after closure, then delete it automatically. The original information cannot be recovered from this value, and it is used solely to recognize a re-registration of the same account.
Information received through identity verification (such as CI) is deleted immediately after the check; the age-check result and its time are deleted when you close your account.
Founding Member waitlist data is kept only for the period in section 1-4.

We obtain your separate consent to these international transfers at sign-up and keep a record of when consent was given. Transfers are protected by our processors' data processing agreements, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
By the nature of the Service, parts of your profile (nickname, gender, compatibility derived from birth date, bio) are shown to other users. We do not collect real names. Only nicknames are used throughout the app. For your birthplace, only its time zone name (e.g., America/Los_Angeles) is read by other users' apps to calculate compatibility and is never displayed. The place name and longitude are visible only to you. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, or request that processing stop, at any time through in-app profile settings or the contact below. Closing your account deletes your data.
